Mike Banks spent the first ten years of his professional career at P&G in a variety of Customer Development roles, before becoming Sales Director in Portugal. He joined Glendinning Management Consultants in the early 1990s and became a main board director, leading the European and South African business until its sale to WPP. Since then, he has been particularly focusses on developing channel and customer and shopper marketing capability in global companies.
