13 Feb Triniti Wins Gold At The Learning And Performance Institute’s Learning Awards 2018
We are delighted that Triniti’s innovative and engaging Gamification solution for PepsiCo has won the Gold Award in the External Learning Solution of the Year category at the prestigious Learning and Performance Institute’s Awards 2018.
Karen Davies, Triniti’s Managing Partner said, “it was an honour to be short-listed alongside some of the world’s best-known brands. To win this highly coveted award is a recognition of our focus on creating lasting behaviour change, rather than simple training solutions. We’ve produced demonstrable performance improvement for our client, PepsiCo. We couldn’t be more proud.”
Triniti developed a holistic behaviour change programme that was inspired by the PepsiCo high energy competitive culture and was designed to be relevant to marketing and insights teams globally. At the core of the programme was an innovative, digitally-enabled business simulation game. Teams competed for over 4 rounds to optimise Media ROI on their brand portfolio. Each round of the game was supported by bite-sized learning modules and leaders had their own engagement and learning journey to support follow up and application back in the day job.
The judging panel said –
“This is an outstanding multi-faceted solution tackling a critical capability for PepsiCo – the subject of media ROI. What impressed the judges was the solid define and discovery approach deployed to get to the root cause, from engaging with the impacted audience to teams who drive the spending habits to external media buyers. They were clear that this was a cultural challenge that required enduring behavioural change rather than treating this as a standalone piece of learning. […] The sophistication of the business simulation/game was also notable, it was fun but more importantly, was set out to push them intellectually with relatable tasks and challenges. It delivered slick real-time interactivity with a stunning user interface – both the game design and the visual elements played to the dynamics of their marketing persona. Interestingly ‘shadow teams’ were queuing up to participate in the game based on word of mouth from their colleagues!”
We are also delighted to have had such a powerful collaborative relationship with our client throughout.
Here’s their perspective –
“Triniti are pragmatic, flexible partners that stay focused on delivering the right solution for the business. They were able to respond to changes in the internal requirements during the course of the project with speed and openness.”
– Laura Eigel, Sr. Director of Global Learning, PepsiCo
